Friends, Indian Army me har pay commission ek nayi umeed lekar aata hai. Ab sabhi serving personnel ka dhyaan 8th Army Pay Commission par hai, jisme kuch bade aur positive proposals rakhe gaye hain. Chaliye simple bhasha me samjhte hain ki iss baar kya naya ho sakta hai aur kis tarah ye changes faujiyo ke liye faydemand honge.
Defined Benefit vs Defined Contribution Scheme (SSC Officers ke liye)
Abhi tak Short Service Commission (SSC) officers ke paas long-term pension security nahi hoti thi. Proposal ke mutabiq, ek Universal Pension Scheme (UPS) laayi ja sakti hai jisse SSC officers ko bhi service ke hisaab se pension mile.
- Minimum 10 saal service ke baad ₹10,000 + DA ki pension mil sakti hai.
- Government contribution 18.5% tak ho sakta hai.
- 25 saal service ke baad full pension (RE/2 + DA) milegi.
Isse serving SSC officers ko retirement ke baad bhi financial stability milegi aur unka transition civilian life me smooth hoga.
Equivalence of Status – Defence aur Civil Services ke Beech Parity
8th CPC me ek aur important mudda uthaaya gaya hai — defence officers aur civil services officers ke beech status equivalence ka. Pehle Lt Col aur Joint Secretary level ke beech parity hoti thi, lekin time ke saath disparity badh gayi hai.
Proposal me kaha gaya hai ki pay levels ko merge karke ek balanced structure banaya jaye jisse defence officers ka dignity aur command authority maintain rahe.
Common Pay Structure for JCOs & OR
JCOs aur Other Ranks ke liye bhi pay structure me badlav propose hua hai. Abhi tak Army me Group X aur Y pay difference hai — jisme 97% personnel Y group me aate hain. Isse “class within class” jaisi feeling hoti hai.
Proposal ke mutabiq “Skill Band System” laaya ja sakta hai jahan pay group ke bajaye skill aur qualification ke base par pay decide hogi. Isse sabko equal growth opportunity milegi.
Direct Entry JCOs Ka Proposal
Army ne ek naya idea diya hai – Direct Entry JCOs ka. Matlab kuch young graduates ko directly JCO rank me recruit kiya ja sakta hai. Isse leadership pipeline strong hogi aur battalion level par junior leadership aur modern thinking aayegi.
Ye system trial basis par pan-India me shuru kiya ja sakta hai, aur agar successful raha to permanent kiya jaayega.
Children Education Allowance (CEA) Aur Hostel Subsidy Ka Enhancement
Har fauji parent ke liye ye topic sabse personal hai. School fees aur hostel charges har saal badhte ja rahe hain, aur existing allowance ab kaafi kam padta hai.
Proposal me kaha gaya hai ki:
- CEA ko ₹2,812 se badha kar ₹4,200 per month tak kiya jaye.
- Hostel subsidy ko bhi ₹8,400 se badha kar ₹12,000 tak propose kiya gaya hai.
- Isme city class (X, Y, Z) ke hisaab se rates fix honge.
Isse soldiers apne bachchon ko behtar school education de paayenge, especially metro aur big cities me.
